The first images of what the new Old Trafford might look like have surfaced at a Labour Party conference in Liverpool on Monday afternoon.
The picture put out by The Manchester Evening News also shows how the new project could benefit the surrounding area.
It was recently relayed that the Theatre of Dreams would be demolished and Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s dream project of building a new Wembley of the North could indeed be the path the club are set to take.
INEOS had promised to consult the fans regarding the decision and plans were made to speak with the fanbase with a survey to be sent over email.
Plenty of matchgoing Reds are still of the opinion that the Theatre of Dreams should be upgraded instead of demolishing it and building a new stadium in its stead.

There were also talks of keeping a scaled-down version of Old Trafford to use for women’s and academy games while the new stadium would be developed on the plot beside the current ground.
The Old Trafford task force, due to meet again on Thursday, is set to deliver its final recommendations for the project before the turn of the year.
Could this be a glimpse of a new home for Manchester United?

Regarding the new stadium, which is likely to cost over £2 billion, Sir Jim is trying to figure out the source of funds without further adding to the club’s enormous debts.
The club had reportedly spoken to the Bank of America about raising the capital needed to fund the project while internal deliberations on INEOS pumping in further equity have also not been ruled out.
How will fans react
That could mean INEOS’ stake grows further and eventually they take complete control of the club from the incompetent Glazers.
United, Trafford Council and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority have also entered into a strategic partnership to help rejuvenate the area surrounding the stadium.

Pictures of the stadium roof leaking whenever it rains have become a common sight on social media while matchgoing fans also complain about the overflowing toilets and the lack of space in the concourse.
There have even been complaints of debris falling on fans with the stadium creaking under its own weight, with the once-magnificent stadium left to rot by the deeply unpopular American family.
